J. Marsden & A. Tromba, Vector Calculus, 5th edition, Freeman 2003. There are accompanying websites: Publishers and Authors, which includes some additional information as well as some errata.
It is assumed that students know linear algebra covered last term: Matrices and Linear Algebra by Hans Schneider and George Phillip Barker (Dover Books on Advanced Mathematics)

Here are two other vector calculus sources you might find helpful. H. M. Schey, Div, Grad, Curl, and All That, W. W. Norton. Adams, Thompson, and Hass, How to ace the rest of calculus, the streetwise guide, Freeman, 2001.
