Errata: Exponential signal is incorrect on the left-hand side of harmonic expansion equation

The exponential term should be 
(remove minus sign) in the text and displayed equation. In addition, the right hand side of the displayed equation is missing a factor of 
in the exponential signal. The correct expression is
