Errata: A21 entry for op amp dynamics should have a negative sign

The lower left entry to the dynamics matrix (A_21) should be negative, as this is an inverting amplifier, for which v_o=-R_b/R_a v_2. So the entry should be
-\frac{R_b}{R_a} \frac{1}{R_2 C_2}
