~ NEWS FROM THE GABERN FAMILY
Frederic Gabern Guilera  and Maria de Fonsdeviela  have a new addition to
their family---a beautiful baby boy born on September 3, 2006 in Barcelona.

Frederic was a Fullbright/Postdoctoral Scholar at CDS for 14 months in
2003-2004. He is now at the Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya,

~ SAFETY MEETING FORMS
If you attended the safety meeting on September 18 or 27, please submit
your forms to the administrative assistant for your group, or to Peggy
Cooney (Room 124 Steele) if you are not in a faculty group.    Forms can
be found in the mailbox outside Room 115 Steele and should be submitted by
October 2, 2006.
