Subject: [cds-all] Polycom/ Speaker Phone - new procedure and location

Hello,

Recently, there has been some scheduling conflicts with the use of the CDS polycom/speaker phone. We have even had to scramble to locate where the phone is. Therefore, we are initiating a simple check-out procedure.

We are now storing the CDS polycom/speaker phone on a shelf in the CDS Library.
A simple spreadsheet has been created to track reservations. Please log in your reservation and check out the polycom phone as needed.The log book is located on the clipboard next to the phone. Please return the phone to the CDS Library as soon as you are finished with it.
