There will be a conference proceedings to be published in Journal of Physics A

Special Issue: This will be a special issue of the Journal, to be edited by J. Marsden and T. Ratiu, with the input of the Organizing Committee.

Refereeing: Papers will be refereed in the normal way by the Journal Editorial Office. The target length of papers is 15-25 pages. All papers should be prepared in TeX, consistent with the style of the Journal.

Submission Deadline: December 1, 2007; Target Publication Date: June 1, 2008. Submissions should be sent directly to the journal, with copies sent to J. Marsden and T. Ratiu (pdf format only).
