CDS web pages

To make a personal web page with a url of the form http://www.cds.caltech.edu/~username simply make a directory called public_html in your home directory (make sure it is publicly readable), and put a file called index.html in it (also publically readable).

By default, directories in public_html are not displayed unless an index file is present. If you want to display a directory with files, create pub in public_html and put files or more directories in there.
