In Section 9.3 there are equations that use the variable 'n' when it should be 'w'

In the second row of equations it says "y = n + eta" when it should be "y = w + eta". It should also say w instead of n in "y,n,eta,v,u,e elements of E" as well as in the next couple of lines of equations.
