Suitable for students to
print out: It uses the pdfpages package, to extract selected pages from
the inclexcl.pdf and display them 4-up on a page.
It only works with pdfTeX, for it extracts from other PDF files.
On the Mac, pages can be printed 4-up from Textures directly.
