Running Routes

Here are a few training runs I like to do:
- Caltech-San Marino short loop: 3.4 miles
- Caltech-San Marino loop: 6 miles - a few laps of this in alternating directions is a good long run
- Altadena-Pasadena loop: 16.5 miles
For the mountain bike:
- Brown mountain climb: 4 miles, 1120 feet of climbing - climb to saddle
- El Prieto Trail: 4 mile descent - great singletrack!
For the road bike:
- La Canada to Mt. Wilson: 18.4 miles - ~5000 feet of climbing, 4360 feet of elevation gain
- Angeles Forest/Big Tejunga loop: 26 miles - ~2600 feet of climbing
