I.   Transport in Geophysical Flows:  Mixing in hurricanes and mesoscale ocean eddies.

II.   Particle Methods for PDEs:  Fast geometry-preserving parallelized methods for PDEs.

III.  Reduced Models:  Coarse variables for oscillator systems with no scale separation.

IV.  Surveillance:  Search methods for under-actuated vehicles with uncertain sensors.

V.   Self-Assembly: Fast methods for generation of potentials for self-assembly of lattices.
VI.  Nonholonomic Mechanics:  Momentum equations for nonholonomic systems.
