Typo on HW #4, problem 1a: [4,3] and [4,4] entries of A matrix

On problem 1a of homework 4, the linearization has a small typo. The 4th row, 3rd column of the A matrix should be zero and the 4th row, 4th column should be -b/m (they got jammed together).
