The material for the Wednesday lecture is generally taken from the reading material for that week, so most of the examples (or similar ones) are available as part of the reading. I would be willing to scan my notes and put them on the web if there is an interest (although I can't promise you will be able to read them!). If you want me to scan an example or a given lectures notes and post them on the web, turn in another mud card with the specific example/lecture you want and I'll do it!
