The test will be open book and you can bring copies of any of the course texts plus handwritten notes. Most of the course texts have Laplace transform tables and you can hand copy them if you like, so the answer is basically yes. Since we haven't covered Laplace transforms in the class (and won't), they will not be required to solve the midterm (but you are free to use them).
