The [[Second Edition|second edition]] of FBS is being updated in preparation for printing and will be posted here over the coming moneths.  The [[First Edition|first edition]] is still available for those who prefer a more stable release.

Progress on posting chapters:
* 30 Sep 2018: Front matter and Chapters 1 and 2 posted
* 1 Jan 2019: Chapters 3-14 posted (over the past 3 months)
