• 1 Mar 09: Version 2.10b has been released, corresponding to the second printing of the text. This version includes corrections to all errata identified as of 22 Feb 09. The hardcopy should be available for purchase by summer.
• 16 Aug 08: A solutions manual is now available for instructors.
• 5 Feb 08: An errata page has been put up, along with a new form for reporting bugs.
