I'm a post-doc in Control and Dynamical Systems (CDS) at Caltech. Before that I was a research assistant at the USC Robotic Embedded Systems Lab (RESL).
My goal is to develop intelligent vehicles that can perceive, navigate, and accomplish challenging tasks in uncertain, dynamic, and highly constrained environments. In my research, I aim to develop core analytical principles, implement them in robust software, and ultimately design and/or integrate the required hardware in order to produce efficient and reliable systems.
Focus:
- computational methods for dynamical systems
- nonlinear dynamics and control
- motion planning
- optimal estimation and Monte Carlo methods
- mechanical and electronics design of autonomous vehicle components
- applications in robotics and aerospace
