FasTeX Unix Installation

To run FasTeX on UNIX you need to get and install the following programs and files.

After the installation and configuration is complete:

  1. Open a file "foo" which uses the shortcuts "latex.scu" with the command:
    scedit -s latex.scu foo

  2. Type a shortcut such as ``xa-spacebar'' to test the system.

  3. For more details see the README instructions that come with the SCedit installation package.
