Do your parents make you shower every single week? Mine used to. I'm 22 now, so they don't bug me too much about it anymore.

That's beside the point though. The point is that showers are the worst thing you can do to your body. I know a guy that showers EVERY DAY. Let's just say he gets sick constantly.
