Subject: cithesis style for Mac

Hi Wendy,

Now that I have had some free time, I repackaged the files from the
"citthesis document class" distribution created by Andrew Lewis, and the
result is a friendlier distribution suitable for the Mac (oztex or textures)
user.  I also wrote a brief instructions file ("README MAC USER").

Hopefully this is suitable for posting in your web page along side with the
original citthesis distribution, maybe in "binhex" format.
