recognize this and restart

when the gps jumps, throws off all genMaps - this should be fixed, now

CORRIDOR ARC EVALUATOR
Rocky: seems to be doing OK, Sue Ann needs to add display for
corrarcevalutor voter

STATIC MAP
Alan: hasn't done much, Rocky will help

PLANNING SYSTEMS
Sue Ann will commit Arbiter version that treats DFE differently, added as
an option
Lars: set stereo weight to 0, has suspicion that this wasn't working Sue
Ann: just have to uncomment one line, comment another

GENMAP LIBRARY
needs much testing, some genmaps previously collected could have been
inverted, may have been fixed, needs testing
the x axis is north, y is east, z is down
within genmap should be (northing, easting,)  [flight control, navigation]
Lars' assumption:
row - northing (i.e. changes in row are changes in northing)
col - easting (i.e. changes in col are changes in easting)
all this needs to be checked in the code, the test functions, too
SueAnn: saveXYZ are probably mixed up
main things to test:
- eastin/northin
- path evaluation methods
- painting the corridor
- expiring information?

ROAD FOLLOWING
Jeremy has made no progress
chris has volunteered to come five days before QID, week of
decision: not devote anything to road following, yet

Luis thinks it's fine, may need tuning
